What is Top Coat?

        * A 100% acrylic high solids formulation used as an opaque Top Coat on Xcel decorative
           overlayments. Top Coat can also be used on masonry finishes such as wall caps and
           stucco finishes.



What can Top Coat do?

        * Adds color, style and durability to Xcel decorative overlayments. Top Coat creates a
           durable, uniform surface that is tough and washable, plus it resists staining and fading.



Makes color matching easy

        * Available in twelve standard colors, Top Coat also comes in two base colors for custom   
           tinting, which makes matching existing customer colors simple and easy.

Easy to apply

        * Simple roll or spray application with superior spread rate and hide make Top Coat the best 
choice for finishing Xcel decorative overlayments.

        * Approximately 100-125 square feet per gallon
