Service Note: If you motor is buzzing and blowing the breaker, it is probably your capacitor. Use a volt meter with a capacitor test. After disconnecting put a screwdriver between the prongs to discharge. Then test and you should get + or – 30 mfd. If not, the capacitor is out.
