Service Note: Best way to install new grids is to put manifold on ground or on a bucket. Install each grid in its proper spot. Then like up bottom Retainer making sure the opening for discharge pipe is in right location. Just make sure each grid is in it proper slot. Then put the retainer rod down through retainer and grid. Then reach under manifold and install the rod nut. Once you get the rod nut slightly tight you can pick up the grids and lay on side to finish tightening the nuts.
